• conman posted 1 year ago rate it: good poor Thats a black light (UV) tattoo. Supposedly if it is done right there it will not be seen in normal light conditions, only under black light. However you have to find a really good artist or it doesn't come out right and leaves weird red marks and welts +1 reply
