    i got this to say about all of that. i kinda know how he feels. that is what happened to my arm, but my arm was my forearm andit snapped the bone, not by elbow. when i did it(more on that after) it broke both forearm bones in half completely. it dangled a lot.... i normally sit inside (im not fat, not in shape, but not fat by any means) but one of the few times i go outside on my own damned trampoline, i got popped up by my friend, and just came straight down on my forearm. 7 hours later they opperated on it. they put 2 titanium rods in my arm through the bones(down the center), then took them out a few months ago. but like spaceman, that is why i dont do anything. i wish i had pictures of my arm from when it broke. the ironic part of it was that before i broke my arm that day, it was one of the best days of my life (and i dont know why). it was so good, that god just said "shit, his day is too good and hes happy. cant let that go on for too much longer" then it broke. 5 months in a special brace with a hinge in the elbow to keep my arm protected gave me the nick names of robot kid, mechanical arm, and inspecter gadget at school. lifes a bitch reply

    no White John it was worse than it looked. Shawn Livingston tore 3 knee ligaments and dislocated his knee. The dislocation was the least serious thing. reply

    I know from experience that it is as bad as it looks. I did the exact same thing 11 years ago falling from a balcony, and my knee will never, ever be the same. He would've been better off if he would've broken it. You've got 4 ligaments that hold your knee together, and he, like me, tore 3 of them. His b-ball carrer could possibly be over. I doubt it due to his physical conditioning, and his access to outstanding surgeons and physical therapists, but he will be a much differnt player if he plays again. reply

    I HYPER EXTENDED MY KNEE SKATING A HALF PIPE AND NOW EVERYTIME ITS COLD OR I HAVE TO PUSH SOMETHING WITH THAT KNEE IT FEELS WEAKER THAT MY OTHER KNEE, I PROBABLY SHOULD HAVE GONE THE DOCTOR BUT I JUST SMOKED SOME WEED AND I WAS ALL BETTER AFTER ABOUT 2 MONTHS -2 reply
