This is what happens when the dipshit in the little car stops for a yellow light without caring about the 15 tons of steel and glass behind it. The light turned red just as the buses hit head-on.
Must be a new traffic law, you are responsible for the dipstick behind you going too fast too close.

Well, smart people know when to fucking break the law, right? I mean, what kind of dipshit would run out into the crosswalk just because they have the right of way even though they might die? I'm pretty sure if the bus was behind me that close, I wouldn't have bothered to stop, but then again I keep track of traffic all around me, including behind me.
Look at my avitar and name.... I don't even fuckin' look at traffic lights!

And ultimately, you're responsible to do whatever it takes to prevent an accident. If that means preventing a bus from rear ending you, you just might benefit from that. Stating that the law dictates says you're supposed to stop doesn't do you much good when you're dead.
I'd like to see that argument hold up in traffic court. The bus driver wasn't paying attention to what was going on in front of him and going way faster than anything else on the road. Arear ending is almost always the driver in the rears fault.

Of course the bus driver was at fault, but that's not the point. If I look in the rear view mirror and see a bus coming at me, especially if it's 2 feet from my bumper, I'M NOT STOPPING! :^]
