      They use her as a therapy cat because her deformity. Her mom's blog also states that she never even thought about having her euthanizied because Chase has quality of life she's happy and healthy just looks a little different +1 reply

      Well I actually read about this cat and they said that she acts just like any other cat and plays like any other cat. The only thing that they have to do for the cat is put eyedrops because she has no eyelids. reply

    Hanna-Barbera have a lot to answer for- tom and jerrys escapades were obviously a determining factor in this cats accident. getting hit by a car will often result in a real injury,not just seeing stars and little birdies flying around a dizzy head.... reply

    She seems really agreeable considering her condition. If i had no face, I'd be even more of a bastard than I already am. Apparently she requires medication to keep her eyes moist during the day since she doesn't have eyelids, but I guess she doesn't have trouble sleeping. This reminds me of something my dad used to say: "There are two rules to life- 1. Don't sweat the small shit. 2. It's ALL small shit. " We could all learn a lot from house pets. +2 reply
