I know a guy that got his foot ran over by a forklift and they had to amputate part of his lower leg. It was crazy shit especially when I work on and around forklifts and heavy equipment all day. Cool video though kinda cheesy but funny too. +1 reply

Well, I've fallen off balconies and walls, had scaffolding colapse on me, Been stabbed in the leg and arm, been hit by a girder and the bucket of a JCB. I guess I should count myself lucky that I still have all my fingers. reply

Thankfully there is insurance people can get and I also thought this was very well done not like most boring safety based educational films 5* and saved to favorites. +1 reply

the guy who got hit by the tank of gas was the best. He got knocked the fuck out then burnt the fuck up. On a serious note, did OSHA hire Troma to make this movie? The production screams Lloyd Kaufman. +3 reply

When I was a kid me and my brother used to take dads oxygen and acetylene tanks out back and lay them down, then smash their valves of with sledge hammers to watch them fly into the woods. Good times... reply

20 years ago whilst learning the building trade, I saw a similair health & safety film at college. One guy couldn't handle the sight of a steamroller crushing someone & promptly passed out. I'd love to see his reaction to some of the freaky shit on h666. reply

appearing in other films you may be familiar with ... like overtime gorefest, pay day/painday, and the blockbuster title; stupid fuckers who don't pay attention to shit like they should and end up maimed or dead on a cold concrete floor ... part 3! reply

This video is exactly the reason that you don't hire idiots for industrial work. You make sure that you hire the right person for the right job. Case closed. reply

How does the person who owns this warehouse ever stay in business with such a clumsy bunch of assholes working there and I never saw one of them with enough guts to just get to fuck up and walk it off. reply

He takes them out back for "a ride to the farm" like they do to race horses that break their legs. Can't get worker's comp for a dead man reply

How is it there was a camera guy there every time filming when one of these things happened. Maybe they were all distracted by the camera. New company policy, no cameras in the work place, thus these could have all been avoided. reply
