'emo' stands for 'emotional' , the full term is 'emotional punk' basically 'emos' are people who desperatley want to 'fit in' some where , so they take little bits and pieces from other 'clicks' like, they wear certain clothes and shoes rappers wear,jewellry that ravers like, some things rastas wear, some things punks wear, some things preps wear and they mix it all together so that they fit in. they also listen to 'emotional punk' music (which is talentless crap IMO) and have really stupid ugly hair cuts. my brother was telling me something about them being BISEXUAL (is it sounding yet like they are confused to you or what? haha) when you see a group of 'emos' its hard to tell who is male and who is female. to me they are just desperate for attention. in their attempts to try to fit in, they actually alienate themselves because all the people they 'steal' their image from think they are pathetic and stupid. basically its a fad, and i really hope it burns in hell soon.. +2 reply
