They would just dump the cat boxes in the corner of the utillity room. They had a pile of cat shit 4 foot high. The carpets were soaked in cat urine. It was a fucking mess. It took hazmat 3 large dumpsters to clean the shit out of the house. No matter what he did he never got the smell out. It had soaked into the walls and floors. The hazmat people said he will have to replace all the sub flooring and all the drywall in order to get the smell out. All this damage done in one year! How can people live in that filth? This was a nice house too and the rent was $1000 a month. They always paid on time and kept the outside nice. It costed him over $15,000 to just clean it out! Pigs!
