A cheechako friend of mine was given some bear meat one time, didn't know it was what we called "garbage bear", cooked it and invited me over for supper....I took one bite and knew he had no idea how bear was supposed to taste. Anyway, it's nasty. reply

(They usually slice them from the base of the skull to the base of the tail to bone them out, which is why there's no cut visible in the pic.) reply
