• gulfice posted 1 year ago I saw one of these freaks in a store about 3 months ago. It was buying a lottery ticket. Everyone was making an effort to ignore/not pay any attention to him. He said "excuse me" to me when he turned around from the counter, and I said "Did I give you permission to speak to Me you fuckin freak?"....Of course just turned and walked away. -3
