The person who filmed this video says "the car was parked in a hotels valet zone and the hotel valet had the keys, I myself don't understand why the cop was giving him the ticket, it was approved by the hotel that the car was parked there". DrunkenPiano | 11 months ago | +3 -4I've been getting a ticket the almost the exact same way. I wasn't in valet parking or anything, just on the street in front of my college. The cop my friends and I had just let us drive off.
I've scene some jack ass down the road from my college get the same cop and she gave him the max fine cause he always parked in the same spot he's not supposed to...Circumstances make everything and I wasn't there but I still think that cop was out of line.
The guys not fuckin super man, he can't see where you're foot is. He can't hear you cause those cars are damn good about blocking out outside noise and then they just leave him on the street for who knows how long. Long enough to gather a pretty large crowd from what I saw.
Pick your battles and don't trust most law men I guess is what my point is.
On a side note I think it's kind fucked up that almost all cops have an unofficial quota to fill.

I'm no fan of power-tripping assholes, but the Ferrari douche had it coming in a big way. Had I been the cop, I would have stomped his head once or twice for good measure.

The man (Julien Chabbott) prior to the filming of the video grabbed the ticket book from the cop and refused to stay on the sidewalk like he was told. He was illegally parked, the car had no registration or inspection stickers, and lacked a front license plate. He was charged with assault, vehicular assault, obstructing governmental administration, and disorderly conduct.
