Most commonly seen are the 'chicks with dicks.' They take hormones, get the tits, etc... And never get rid of their dick. Girls who go guy-- They just get stuck with a growing clit. That's all... Most people use those terms incorrectly. I'm no Dr. M.D., etc... But I know that. ...weird world of genitalia and gender disphoria!

Transwomen (male-to-female) often do have genital reconstruction but usually have to wait due to the cost. Transmen (female-to-male) don't get "stuck" with a growing clit--in fact, many of us have surgery to enhance what we call "dick growth."

SirLoin | 2 years agoI was talking to a "tranny", her preference was "shemale". The tranny term is OK if used right (i.e. your my sweet little tranny). She also said preferences will vary --- its more how its used and the tone. The best thing was to learn their name, and use it. Thanks Ashley.
