well, I just had a "blast" (see what I did there - word play), negging the bunch of you retro retards for posting the same lame ass "make a glass crater out of the middle east" pic... how about you guys stick a nuke up your asses instead, and see if you can give youselves a glass rectum to match your glass dildos???

So what's your solution on this issue, ignore the problem and hope it goes away?
              • psychmike | 10 months ago | +7
Deny there is a problem and call people who try to discuss the problem racists.
                • olympicFapper | 10 months ago | +2
I guess your ears are attached to your butt cheeks, as I didn't call anyone racist... suggestingt to nuke a whole region in the world indiscriminately is not a legit discussion either... what do need for your warmongering gibberish - a medal?
              • olympicFapper | 10 months ago | +1
are you suggesting nuking millions of people, women and kids included, is the solution? my solution would involve exposing the political and corporate cunts in the west that are in bed with the tyranical cunts in the middle east... everyone knows the wahabi cunts in Saudi Arabia and the Pakistani dictatorship are the prime funders of terrorism... I don't see anything being done about the close ties of the western elite to these corrupt regimes...
                • Iraqvet | 10 months ago | +1
So why wasn't Saddam a tyrannical cunt?..Just curious, how many suicide bombs go off daily in Saudi Arabia?...
                  • olympicFapper | 10 months ago | +1
Saddam was a tyranical cunt all along, and he has been the poster boy of the white house for years during the Iran-Iraq War... he has pictures of himself shaking hands with American politicians, while he was gassing the Kurds with the bio-chemical weapons provided by the US... wasn't he the beacon of democracy in the middle east in the words of white house clowns at that time...?
                    • Iraqvet | 10 months ago | +1
He lied...Then he tried to be a big shot and got hung...We gave him weapons..Please show proof of us giving them to him just to gas the Kurds..Should Canada be blamed if they sold us weapons and we used them against ourselves?...You didn't answer my question about Saudi Arabia?...Is terroism just a money game?..Little muslim suicidal pawns used to try and make the world mad?..They have no cause other than violence...
                      • olympicFapper | 10 months ago | +1
ohhhh, of course, he lied, and the gullible "good guys" got caught off with all their good intentions, being angels... yeah, right... Btw, what is your question that I didnt answer about Saudi Arabia, Pedro? I think it is very clear what I said about the Saud cunts... When are you going to wake up???
                        • Iraqvet | 10 months ago | +2 -2
So why don't people blow themselves up in Saudi like they do Iraq?..SUre money comes from Saudi, but it is a much safer place..The U.S. controls the world and it is great...
                          • olympicFapper | 10 months ago | +1
It is just pointless to discuss anything with you, Pedro...
                • apathy | 10 months ago | +1
If they're going to continue to brainwash, oppress, train and arm their children with bombs, it seems to be the best answer. As far as exposing the political and corporate cunts, they should all be tried for war crimes and have all their assets ceased ...... to finance building the nukes
                  • olympicFapper | 10 months ago | +1
The US brainwashes people in exactly the same way the mullah cuts do... Is there a difference between the trauma based MK-Ultra programming and the brainwashing of suicide bombers? You talk about "oppression", and conevniently ignore the scale of oppression that has been carried out by the US covert operations in Latin America, Indonesia, and the middle east... If you are going to point fingers, I suggest you point at least some of the fingers at your own government and the cronies that hijacked your country... There are always two sides to any fairy tale.

I am in no way saying the United States I free of flaws, corruption, or manipulation (no country is). We are one of the major entities attempting to correct some of the worlds biggest problems though. As far as the MK-Ultra and covert operations go - although I do like my "conspiracy theories", you sir, make me feel like I need to go get my foil wrapped armadillo helmet.

I's just his argument to blame those who are not guilty...It makes hims feel better at night...It's easier for him to make up a lie and believe it than to acknowledge the truth...

If that's the case, there's just one major flaw in his argument - everyones guilty. I'm just siding with the lesser evil

Why is it that every time someone from one of these shit holes commits a crime, we blame it on that fucked up religion of theirs. Here in Kabul, kidnapping for ransom, butt banging little boys, and killing females for sport have been part of the cultural heritage ( of which they are very proud by the way) for millennia. They use this Islamic crap to justify it, and we buy it. They are 7th century barbarians...with no intent to change.

Everywhere where Islam comes into contact with another country or a non-Muslim nation, whether they are Arab Muslims, Thai Muslims, Chinese Muslims or American Muslims - you get conflict. The philosophy of Islam is DESIGNED to be the top-dog, to instill itself as the ruling power, the only way of legitimate thinking. For the guys who specifically neg or police my comments when it comes to Islam - neg this (and I will know who you are exactly), you are declaring war so you shoukd be ready for my full wrath.

One could argue the same thing about Judaism. In the Torah Yahweh orders his followers to enter Canaan and annihilate its indigenous inhabitants and was central to the destruction of other peoples (Deuteronomy 7.1-11, 9.1-5, 11.8-9, 23, 31-32 state:

"When Yahweh your God brings you into the land that you are about to enter and occupy, and he clears away many natios before you ... you must utterly destroy them ... show them no mercy ... Yahweh your God has chosen you of all the people on earth to be his people, his treasured possession."

The Book of Deteronomy tells the Israelites that when they approach towns along they way they are to offer peace terms to the inhabitants. If they accept they are to be made slaves. If they resist all adult males are to be killed and all the women, children and animals taken as spoils of war (Deuteroomy 20.10-15).

The first part of the Book of Joshua describes the ethnic cleansing of the land as a Holy War, and how everything was utterly destroyed by the Israelites.

This if anything is a template for ethnic cleansing, and war crimes, which gave the green light for the Zionists (in their minds) to expel 750,000 Palestinians from Palestine in 1948 and which now is used to legitimate their oppression and killing. You can see how the Old Testament melds with the Palestinians being called "cancer" "cockroaches" "crododiles" and so forth. It is much easier to kill and oppress when it's not you who has ordered it but a God of some description. Shooting a child through the head is fine and dandy if the land belongs to you, and not her. She's just a trespasser who according to the Old Testament must die.

Yes Boris this is written but you don not see the Jew running around killing people, doing suicide bombing, and full out demanding that every1 on the planet bow down to them, but then again they have become much more intelligent, they get want they want through far less inconspicuous means. Muslims are attention whores by nature anyway so their current means fit them well

    • deleted | 10 months ago | +22 -6
Religion should be banned throughout any any sensible world. Religion is the bastion of repression, hypocrisy, bigotry and hate. Religion is a far larger hindrance to progress than is racism. Call someone a nigger, a kike, a cracker, a spic or a wop and they'll probably do nothing or at the most, punch you in the face. Disrespect someone's GOD, though, and the JIHAD IS ON!

      • psychmike | 10 months ago | +2 -1
Some would argue that all people are religious, and that whatever a person puts before all else is their God. I would be difficult to extinguish that. You could try to outlaw/ban, supernatural deities, but what to do about money/ sex/ beauty/ intelligence/ etc... Something has to be #1, and eliminating the old one makes room for a new one.

A celibate clergy is an especially good idea, because it tends to suppress any hereditary propensity toward fanaticism.
          Carl Sagan

It is far better to grasp the universe as it really is than to persist in delusion, however satisfying and reassuring.
          Carl Sagan

Of course it's impossible to wipe out religion because overwhelmingly, the world is populated by superstitious idiots. #1 on the list should be love for each other. Religions divide people along countless lines.
          • Iraqvet | 10 months ago | +7 -1
Not everyone who is religious deserves to be punished or called idiots...There isn't a single person here who can answer everything about the universe, like why or how...I have met people from a great array of religions and they were not killers, they didn't spend their time trying to force someone to believe..They think their is something out there..That's on them...Labeling all religious people as bad is rather contradictory to saying love for every person is #1...Pretty hypocritical to say you can't love billions of people just because they believe something you don't....I think that falls along the lines of failing to practice what you preach...
            • deleted | 10 months ago | +1 -1
People of religion should worry about being called names, right? I said the world is full of superstitious idiots, not religious idiots, even though it is.
              • Iraqvet | 10 months ago | +5 -2
That's your opinion...I would rather know a good person who helps at homeless shelters, food banks, and does things like forgive, and try to help others instead of a world full of people who give two fucks less because they think it's cool to be anti religious, like it makes them a better person..I am no bible thumper, and I agree the extremists in any religion are crazy, but they are crazy REGARDLESS of religion...Saying you want peace and love then calling people idiots for their personal beliefs is a tad bit asinine don't you think?...Part of peace and love for people is allowing them to be who they are,and let them think what they think,is it not?..
                • deleted | 10 months ago | +3 -1
All I have to do is look around me at the crazy things people covet and I know they're idiots. I don't think it's cool to be anti-religious but I do think it's very cool to be me. Religion is a crutch, a hiding place, an excuse for weak minded people.
                  • Iraqvet | 10 months ago | +3 -2
So you spreading hatred helps the world how?..Makes for a better world how?..Drugs and alcohol are crutches...You can even say cats and dogs are because people often turn to them when sad or depressed...My grandma is 83 and my nephew is 12..Every Saturday they go to the Salvation Army and sort donated clothes and help in the soup kitchen...Tell me,who are they hurting?...How many hypocritical atheists do the same?..How can you have peace and love when you tell people they can't make their own choices anymore?..Atheists are far more critical of what others think given today's religious people...Extremists live on both sides of the fence..
                    • deleted | 10 months ago | +2 -2
Who am I hating? I never said I hated anyone. In fact, I said that "LOVE" should be the number 1 priority for everyone. Religion doesn't think so, though. Religion only cares if you're a member of their club or not. It's pathetic.
                      • Iraqvet | 10 months ago | +1 -1
That's the way you make your own self see it...What you're saying is all rather contradictory...
                        • deleted | 10 months ago | +2
If a person blows off the front of their face in a botched suicide attempt, it was their choice. Far be it for me to tell them that they shouldn't do that but at the same time I can call them an idiot, right? I see people doing that here every day. From my seat, people believing that there's a god is a lot like shooting yourself in the face. You might think it's a great idea to try to make yourself feel better by praying to a god that doesn't answer or to blowing your head off and ending your suffering, but at the end of the day you're still in the same shit hole you were before you prayed or shot yourself. Both are pointless things to do.
                        • deleted | 10 months ago | +2
I don't have to "make" myself see it any way. I was brought up having to go to church and even then I thought it was the most ridiculous thing people could do. I watched them pray and pray and nothing changed. The only way things change are for people to make the changes. It's called self motivation, self respect and dignity. Treating people the way you want to be treated will set the right path. Religions tell people that they have to follow a certain path or they'll be damned to hell by a god that will smite them. God "fearing" people are contradictory with their core values. They don't want the devil to have any power yet they're first in line to condemn someone to hell. Now THAT'S idiocy and fucking retardation! I had an abusive stepfather and I always said that if there was a god, I'd want that god to take all that evil away from him instead of sending him to hell to give the devil more power. I realize now that it's all a bunch of hogwash and that no matter how many people in the world pray to something that only exists in their tiny brain, it's up to PEOPLE to make a positive difference.
                          • Iraqvet | 10 months ago | +1 -1
Well I guess we will agree to disagree...Not gonna argue if there is or isn't a god..Neither of us know that for sure..Don't think you can answer a question like that unless you are dead...I live and let live..No reason to fuck with others, especially if they do stuff to make the world a better place, even if they believe in something you think is dumb..
                            • deleted | 10 months ago | +2
Most religions do not go along with "live and let live." They all promote what they believe at every opportunity. I'm not arguing whether there's a god or not. I know there isn't and I know that for sure. What would be the point in there being a god? I also live and let live. If gay people want to get married, good for them. Religious groups have a problem with it, not me. A lot of things in life are really dumb, like voting for Obama, but we all have to live with it.
                              • psychmike | 10 months ago | +2 -1
You can't KNOW there isn't a god. You are limited to human abilities. If there is a god, it would not necessarily be something we can see or hear. Perhaps there is, and some some humans are able to sense it and some are not. I dont know if there is a god or not. I do think there could be. The simply fact that most if not all cultures throughout history and the world believe that there is a higher power makes me question what makes me smarter than billions of people.
                                • deleted | 10 months ago | +1
Incorrect, I KNOW there is no god. The very fact that people around the world believe in gods is proof that it's a function of the brain. If god really existed, they'd all believe in the same god. Many cultures believe in multiple god and deities.
                                  • Iraqvet | 10 months ago | +1
In this day in age, that is still a personal choice..It doesn't make people dumb that don't share your thoughts..If you're gonna call people stupid for believing, you should cry when people call you stupid for not..
              • deleted | 10 months ago | +1
                ...shouldn't worry....
          • psychmike | 10 months ago | +2 -1
My point is that people will always group themselves according to what is most important to themselves, and look down upon those who place utmost importance on something else. I would call your atheism a religion, in that you have a belief that you feel strongly about, and want others to recognize it and hopefully agree with you.
Its true, atheists don't have a long history of murdering those who oppose them, but then again, they have never been a very large portion of any population. If you could suddenly turn 3/4 of the U.S. into non-believers, you can bet your ass churches would start to burn. On Sunday. During Sunday school.
            • psychmike | 10 months ago | +2 -1
I apologize for assuming atheism- you are possibly non-secular. My point remains the same however.
              • deleted | 10 months ago | +6 -4
lol I take no offense to being called a name or being labeled. It's all good discussion. I know exactly what you're saying. I call myself an Atheist but that word is just one that everyone knows what the meaning is. I know there are no gods or supreme beings. I'm as sure of it as I am that I shit every morning after 3 cups of coffee and a blueberry activia.

In this day and age, a time when we can actually see stars being born, galaxies being ripped apart by colliding with each other, planets forming in dust clouds surrounding new stars, why people still insist in believing that we or this planet are anything special in the universe is baffling to me. This planet and human beings are only important to US because we are both here and we are aware of it. People are so self righteous and self important that they can't allow their self to open their mind to reality. They'd rather take comfort in a belief that has no basis in fact than to open their eyes and see what's really there.

I find it really pathetic when someone is shown that the thumping outside is just the dog scratching fleas but they insist that it must be something evil.

My last thought is that many people of religion have their own doubts, but they cling to what they know because it makes them fit-in. They're afraid to be outcasts in their own circle of friends and family. I've never had a problem being my own man, following my own path and deciding what is truth and what is bullshit. It allows me to sleep better at night knowing that I'm not being fake poser.

      • SomeOleBullshit | 10 months ago | +1
Religion and culture just teach people who and what to hate. Some are good, some are bad, but overall the effect of religion on this planet has been negative. On the bright side the more educated a person is the higher the chances of them being an atheist. It's about fucking time we get over this mental illness of religion.

yeah, especially when your corporate and political elite in the west happen to be butt buddies with the dictatorships in the middle east...
        • BorisYeltsin | 10 months ago | +3 -3
Exactly. Whe Bush said that "they" hated "our" freedoms he meant the West's - freedom does't apply to the regimes from which the black gold flows or which represent geopolitical interests for America and other Western countries.

For example, Hosni Mubarak was busy torturing and killing his own people for 30 years. Ben Ali did the same (as did any number of other despots heading client states in the Third World ie Pinochet, Diem, Lon Nol, Surhato, Marcos etc etc). Didn't hear a peep from America, Britain, France etc back then.

Only when Mubarak was been overthrown does America support the "full transition to democracy". It should also be kept in mind that Nyetenyahu railed against Mubarak's overthrow too, considering democratic freedom for the Egyptians to be "dangerous" and soemthing to be avoided at all costs.

What about freedoms for the Saudi Arabians, especially the women who are banned from driving or going out of the house alone? The Kuwaitis? The Emiratis? What about their freedom? Or is that not important anymore?
          • psychmike | 10 months ago | +4
The US should not be in the business of Facilitating regime change unless the current regime poses a threat to the safety of US citizens on US soil. I hate that people are tortured and killed by their government, but in my opinion, it is no the US's place to do anything about it. The whole "spreading democracy" shit is non-sense. The US isn't a democracy. A democracy is an open door to human rights abuses against minorities- "A democracy is two wolves and a rabbit voting on what to have for dinner".

When the US "declares" any regime in the world to be "stable", the term stable doesn't refer to a "democratic" regime. It refers to a regime that is "stable" in the sense of "serving" US geopolitical interests in the region... The US doesn't engage in miltary conflicts or covert operations all over the world because of a "threat to the safety of US citizens", as you naively believe. The threat is to the "elite" that run the US - it has nothing to do with the average Joe being safe. That's why the average Joe ends up fighting at the front of the battle lines; gets killed or maimed, while the elite bastards that started the conflicts in the first place reap the benefits at the expense of the average Joe. Plus, if you hate people being tortured, maybe you should send a letter to the CIA and inquire about "rendition" of kidnapped people to other countries to be tortured i your bogus war on terror...

Well Hoss,at the end of the day there are people blowing themselves up in the name of Allah, and killing hundreds of people in the process..Are you really saying that doesn't happen?..Funny you don't get behind mainstream media until they say something that fit's your agenda...You only want to "believe" them when they say something that sounds good to you..Isn't that a bit hypocritical?..

What has that got to do with western political and corporate leaders being butt buddies with the very same characters behind radical islamic terror??? What are you, stupid?

I stated the US should only react to threats to American lives on American soil. Read before you respond.

If you're so worried about it,tell your country to go do something.,...You will just judge the U.S. for policing the world no matter what..

US isn't "policing" the world, Pedro... US is pillaging the world... I don't recall the "world" asking Uncle Sam to "police" jack shit...

That's funny because Boris just did...Exactly my point..No matter what the U.S. does, whether good or bad, someone is going to cry about it..And they are gonna be from a country that does very little to nothing in the way of helping the world..
