But I don't think some slutty little 16 year old should go get an abortion every couple of months just because she can't keep her legs closed! I was pregnant at 15 and I kept my baby. I wasn't a slut either I had my child with my boyfriend who I have been with for 6 years.

The trouble is that they can't state their preference at this point, but I'd bet that all or close to all conjoined twins that are living would prefer to have been born than to have been aborted.
You're just speaking from the point of view of the parents or the care-takers. You're speaking from the point of view of laziness. You just don't want to take care of them because it would be more difficult than a 'normal' birth...
