Philadelphia Police Department) - On July 17, 2012, at 3:50pm, while walking home from the store along with her 2 year-old brother, an unknown male followed them in an older model 4-door white vehicle. This male parked his vehicle on the corner of Porter and Lee Streets, exited the vehicle, and followed them onto Lee Street. The suspect then put his hand over the girl's mouth and attempted to carry her away. The girl struggled with the male, and then fell. The male then fled in his vehicle east on Porter Street. Suspect Description: Hispanic male, 5'9"-6'0", medium complexion, thin build, 30-40 years-of-age, thin mustache, short black curly hair, wearing a black short sleeve T-shirt, and blue pants. Vehicle Description: Late 1990's-early 2000's white mid sized foreign 4 door possibly a Mitsubishi or Nissan a black scuff mark on driver's side rear bumper and dent on left front fender wheel well.
