2: I ride a bike & it is very hard to miss let alone make sure some is not running u over. Maybe the cop was looking around him to make sure he was getting run over when she stepped out in front of him.
3: I'm a father of a 2 yr old & my first thought would be my baby girl & 911 or hospital.
4: if I hit a kid my first thought would be 911 or hospital.
