PrinceChazII | 10 months ago | +4My rules are 1 mile under the speed limit, never in outer lane and drive defensively. The speed limit keeps me safe from this foolishness shown in the post. In my urban area, unless there are too many cars at a rush hour, one mile under also means I'll get all green lights. It also lets me watch the bright red faced peckerwoods in my rear view mirror, silently screaming and waving their finger.

Silke | 10 months ago | +2In many urban areas there is red flag zones and green flag zone. They are traffic lights set to timers to guide traffic and keep the flow and speed control in check. Red flag zones that PC are talking about are set to activate red lights along a major roadway with many major cross streets and are set to make people travel at less the the speed limit. Speeding results in hitting every red light along the corridor. Green flag zones are set to allow for lax area without many major cross roads and usually allow for speed limits up to 15kms or 7miles over the limit and about 5kms or 2miles under the limit.
