• PissFlap posted 10 months ago rate it: good poor I've been meaning to ask you Americans this (perhaps this is a thread better taken to the forums, but let's keep it here for the moment) - don't you think that the Democrats have shot themselves in the foot by having their 2 main candidates from the "minorities" ? (ie one woman and one African American ?) Don't get me wrong, I would love to see a woman or an African American as the next president but I don't think Americans generally are ready. Is this true ? +1 reply

• 13thstepper posted 10 months ago rate it: good poor people who aren't even americans call our blacks african americans? thats really taking it a little far. the fact that people view women as minorities in our country and are so vicious to a female candidate makes me a little embarrassed. I don't get why people on this site hate the democratic candidates, unless you think a republican candidate will bring about a rise in back alley botched abortion pictures and grisly war maiming pictures. +1 reply

They are recognised and I think on the popularity front, the Democrat runners have the advantage. The Republicans don't really have such well-known characters (Huckabee is the main person I know) - and isn't he some crazy religious nut-kind of person ? reply

We no longer stand for what our forfathers stood up for. We will now fall into a dark and depressing time. The 2012 prophicies are now in motion to a cataclysmic change in life as we know it.I am glad my ancestors are not here to see this upsetting event. It is a shame to see this happen to the place where i was raised. All we can do now is pray. All we can do is see who takes the first step. The days to come will just be a waiting game. Our future looks bleak and out of focus of where it once was. W Bush started all this. Now look where we are. Looking into a future where i know i will not raise a family. I would not bring a child into this world with that pathetic excuse for a leader. I cant even call him a leader. It sickens me. Where do we go from here? What do we do? Rise up? Who will take that first step? Pray and watch. reply
