It does not surprise me. I worked at Old Country buffet and the manager routinely ordered the employees to serve food dropped on the floor to customers.

This is a huge problem in the world today. What intolerance these people preach. I was out for dinner with the bf 2 years ago. The server was a cute girl. She flirted with him incessantly, and ignored me. He had constant refills, prompt service, and I had to chase her down to get any service. She had a nasty attitude towards me when I asked for something. When the bill came, she got a surprise - I was treating the bf to dinner, and the tip was coming from me. Needless to say, she did not receive one, and I told her why. Her service was poor, she ignored me, and she had a bad attitude when I requested anything. I then told her that she needs to make damn sure who's paying the bill before she serves bad attitude.

Nope. Not gonna do that.. Never worked in restraint .. Had plenty of friends that have.. Scary stories after work..

I served at a well known national chain. I no longer dine there. It's appalling what goes on in the kitchen/prep areas by the servers. Never send your food back! Lol
