I would speculate the word 'skeet' is such an obscure slang term, that it need not be censored, because most of the general population doesn't know the meaning... and also, 'skeet' is purely a slang term, whereas 'nigga' is derived from 'nigger' which is like some sort of sacrilegious, world ending word for some reason.
