The guy at 2:47 with his whole face blown off, i saw him in an instructional video when I first started my job. He had an igniter for the charge inside the flotation device of an S-76 helicopter in his mouth. He was assembling the float and he put it there for just a second to free his hands up. When he reached for it, the static electricity from his hand set the igniter off and caused what you see in the video. He lived but obviously he never looked the same
