Watching this almost teared me up it is so spot on. God bless Ron Paul. Say what you want about him..complain about him seeming to be isolationist. (That's the big one i hear) We need to focus ourselves ,resources on getting America back in line with our forefathers dreams. Powerful, respected humanitarian. I know they were not perfect...but what is happening here now sure isn't it. He said more and more people need government assistance...sure thing...and ass there is less money to help them. There is many people who wouldn't need it if they could get a job that pays a living wage. I am sick about all the bailouts too. I cant believe we bailed out Greece who by the way just made pedophelia a damn disability and they get more money than a chronic heart failure patient and they're broke...something is very fucking wrong in this world and if anything I think Ron Paul Can get us on the right track.

I got your neg swining..go vote for Obama again !! Pft ...
Would of been more impressed if that would have been predicted back in the 90's, by 2002 all of these things were already in the works. Ron Paul has always played the roll of captain obvious. Go ahead neg away Paul supporters, I think his son would have actually made a better candidate than the old man.
Yeah and I'm sure the people who can't put two and two together are going to sit through cspan to listen. He's a shock politician, and "emo politician"
No, I just know radical thinking usually doesn't go far in Washington, I don't necessarily disagree with everything he says, but I do know that he never gets anything accomplished. 1 bill in 20 years, that's why I like his son better he's more of a concensus builder.
Again...there was no radical thinking in this speech though. How much more objective can you get when you say...You are doing this, and this will be the outcome. Its ok to not like Ron paul but now you are hating on this speech just because its Ron paul and no other reasons. Just as bad as the blind fanatics that listen to everything he has to say.
Radical is all a matter of perception. Withdrawing troops from all foreign countries in my opinion is radical, we do not get all of our raw materials for everyday life at home internally, if we pulled all our troops it would leave us wide open for embargos, like what is going on in Iran right now.
I typically lean republican but he is just to polarizing for me, we have to stop this cycle of extreme partisanship, and to be honest, I really don't think the republicans want to play ball with that this cycle so for now I am supporting Obama.
I posted this because the presidential elections are gearing up. I wanted to show how he contrasts with the other republican candidates, and Mr. Obama. To me, Ron Paul, with his extremely consistent record, and shows us points in time in an economic, historical, and constitutional sense. Others speak in poetic, aloof terms that have little consistency i.e.... restore America, hope, change, rebuild America, fighting to make America America again...
I merely wanted to show how his thought process and approach operates, and see if some people find it intriguing. Name another presidential candidate who lays out the facts like Ron Paul.
