I saw an episode where this guy and his brother shot a couple of dozen squirrels for dinner and they reminded each other to NOT shoot one another AGAIN! Never laughed harder at someone else expense....R.I.P you ol' cajun fuck! Thanks for the laughs!

RIP, Mitchell. You lived off the land where you were born and you had a life worth living. I envied you in a way. You had no worries, a carefree existence, a loving brother and family. If only we ALL had that.....

Amen, Billy. People can make fun of them all they want to but in the end, the Guist brothers coolness trumps their lameness in so many ways.

Not to mention when shit hits the fan, these type wouldn't have a thing to worry about except all the people who wished they were like them...

Yeah vet, nothing like being able to sustain yourself when the grocery store is right there all around you. The bigger trick is knowing how to make it work for you.

Any chance of a non-American version of that? Like, who are they?

Just two (well one now) down to earth brothers living off of the swamps in Louisiana. They built their houseboat from stuff they found in the swamp, got their food from the swamp and seemed to have a strong brotherly bond. Seemed like some down to earth, decent guys.

Looks like someone who's father married his first cousin...
    • deleted | 1 year ago | +3
Marrying first cousins is fairly common throughout history, even in this day and age. If you've never fucked a cousin, you've live a sheltered, lame life, or you just have no cousins.

All of my first cousins are guys....
