This is artistry by Julian Beever. Sidewalk artist based in the U.K. Julian Beever features pavement drawings such as anamorphic allusions, renderings of old masters, and portraits in pastel chalk.

  Sometimes here (in Santa Barbara) you see stuff like that, much smaller, though. That's amazing! I've seen lots of that in the UK, but I have no idea if he (or who) was the artist.
