The Japanese fella doing all the gay stuff is Danshoku Dino. He's a bit of comedy relief with his over the top homosexual character, as the Japanese generally treat wrestling as a very serious sport and don't 'do' over the top characters and gimmicks like in US wrestling. He's definitely a novelty act, full match below if I don't fuck up the link.
