Yup sure is! The chase went on for abit of time and throughout they would do the wacky circles. The Chief of Police got pretty upset about how the cops handled the chase, that it was an embarresment and police would have to take courses more often to freshin' up on policy and procedure. If i'm not mistaken one juvenile recieved 6 months in bootcamp and the other 9-12 months. reply LA cops are notorious for their shitty police chases reply
