It is always stated as a law of science. I have an Electronics Engineering degree.... I challenge you to find a good source that states that it is a theory.... here are a few sources for me....

Wagingwetard | 10 months ago | +1High voltage switch.. probably around 16k.. probably was a romex (house wire) jockey and thought that since he had a little knowledge he might be able to get the copper without getting zapped.. he should of stuck to making sure light switches don't say "NO" when they are turned off and left that kind of switch to the professionals..
