You never know what the guy is packing and he's already shown he's super aggressive and prone to violence. To prove my point I showed my friend from SA this video and as the guy got out the taxi he said "he's gonna shoot him". So in a way this guy got off lightly...- friendlygarfield | 1 year ago | +3Davismike39 - you surly have never been to SA ? that "minibus taxi " is the major transport for most the population here - they believe they "own" the road - the dude walked in front of his taxi - hence he had to slow down (major case of been upset ) once he road over his foot , he must have chirped the taxi something - anything that is not submissive will enrage the taxi driver even more = to "prove he is the main man " he came out a sorted out his dispute - that guy is sure lucky he did not get shot = i am assuming this occurred in SA (right hand drive mostly black people with mini bus taxi makes it almost sure it was in SA )

I can't comment about 1990 as I was 2 years old, but yeah there is general lawlessness. In a way its nice as I got away with soooooo much growing up, nothing too serious but you can definitely break the law with very little worry about consequences. However the flip side of that coin is that the people who commit more serious offences have the same mentality and get away with the majority of crimes.
