Some women can piss(squirt) because they stimulate the sacral plexus, which controls the primary bladder "valve", via the hypo-gastric plexus.
As you may have guessed the latter plexus is closely connected to the rectum, which in females is adjacent to the vaginal back wall.
Therefore, by stimulating the so called g-spot they cause their urethra sphincter to patially relax/malfunction if you will allowing some urin to exit the bladder and "squirt".
