My wife actually has one of these, works great when we're hiking so she doesn't have to squat for a pee. As for #2, they still do it the way we men do but a woman knows, trying to squat and not pee on your clothes is tough and this really works ladies. When you're good at it, you won't have to hang your bare ass out for everyone to see either, not that I'm complaining but I know women do...
