My dad retired as a senior lineman from Toledo Edison in Ohio, and I can assure u these fuckers a rare breed....I had to grow up with the fact my dad may not come home from work everyday. Before he retired he had been struck by lightening, had a tranformer explode in front of him and had another guy above him on a tower faint and fall on top of him...with each incident he fell 70+ feet. One of his smaller falls he was lucky enough to be working on your average wood power pole which had the footing spikes stuck in the sides for climbing and one of the spikes hooked him in the eye socket half way thru his fall stopping him from falling all the way. Salty bastard was able to unhook himself and climb down the rest of the way.
