appart from that it's weighted chin-ups, squats and deadlifts (heavy!!!) when I get my ass to the gym. I preffer training for strength however, not muscle mass... so my main training is 1-2 a week in a gymnastics hall (as seen in this pic ;)). Parallel bar, rings, handstand push ups...shit like that. reply
Welp it's a time saver. Got my own company, so I am glad my training routine takes about 30 mins unitl I am fucked up. In my profile pic I am at 91kg (went from 108kg in march to 91 in about 5 months)... which is also my current weight. I guess 10 more Kg to loose around the belly n shit till I get a good physique.
