Sad that there are some people that would be the best parents and really want children, that for medical reasons can't. Then you have the crack whore doing every meth head in the county and they squirt out kids like a PEZ dispenser. Nevermind the families that can't manage to stop at one or two kids either. They apparently believe in having a litter in order to continue to overpopulate the globe.
