I was in Amarillo for MEPS, we got put up a motel just down the road from the Big Texan, we had just got back from dinner and we were out on the 2nd floor walkway having a smoke. They call the cops and BOTH claim rape. There were 5 of us up on the walkway we told the cops exactly what we saw and heard. The 2 guys were charged with assault anyway because they were both sober and the 2 girls were drunk.

Although there are times when I just want to sleep and very little helps, over the counters are a joke, I'll take 10 or 12 maximum strength Sleep gels and 2 hours later 10 more, Xanax doesn't help much either, klonopin helped for like a month (the wife made me quite taking them cause they turned me into a total psyco), even real good quality Sativa doesn't really help. While we didn't have classes during the school year, we did have them available during summer break. There was gun safety class (mandatory for any other shooting class) basic marksmanship, skeet, there was a hunting class, also a couple different archery classes. I see absolutely no problem with firearms safety classes being taught in school.

I completely disagree that there is no difference between assisted suicide and abortion and will say now i am against abortion unless for medical reasons. Abortion may be the mothers body, but there are ways to stop from getting pregnant...abstention and protection for example. The unborn child has no defence against being aborted however. There is even the option for the child, once born, to be adopted.

The wishes of someone in such awful situations as come from MS etc, are to my mind completely different. They have to think only of themselves, not another being / individual / collection of cells / foetus etc. which at that time is completely dependant upon them.

If you are buying a gun online and picking it up in person, which is classified as a "personal" transaction then you do not need to do any paperwork or background and so on, but on the other hand if you are having that firearm shipped to you, then it has to pass through a licensed dealer and a form 4473 has to be filed otherwise you are committing a felony, unless the firearm in question is more than 100 years old because the BATFE considers anything that is 100 year old or older to no longer be a firearm, as an example an 1891 Argentine Mauser is no longer considered a firearm by the BATFE Also if there is a licensed dealer at a gun show that dealer has to file the form and do a NICS check failure to do so can result in charges and loss of license.
