Actually pooky bear you're incorrect in the middle ages the word nigger was used to describe people from irish descent by the english. I know it meant something before that but I believe it was just used to describe ignorant people. And the reason why black people/irish people can say it and you can't without getting knocked up is that your ancestors used it to describe and insult them while they were slaves.
