Police are the protectors of the civilian population. Sometimes they forget this and need to be reminded. Law and order are nearly as important as the food you eat but just like the producers of that food, (farmers) they are marginalized and thought in a lowly manner. This attracts bad elements to the police force making it all the harder for it's citizens to find compassion and/or understanding for their often risky and dangerous job. Find me a truly bad cop and I'll hold him down while you beat him, but by the same token when you see a good one do yourself and everybody else a favor and thank him. Because it's acts like these that feed the good and stave off the bad. I train police and CO's, (mostly prison guards if truth is to be told) and take it personally if any of my students turn out to be fucktards.It's MY fault as much as it is their's and do my best to keep them humble. If you don't like the police in your area and you think you can do a better job seek out a recruiter and show us all how it's done
