- iain_hughes | 7 months agoAs it goes mate i'm a dan grade in Judo, i've literally loose terms tried BJJ, i've done some MMA, bit of Sambo, Kurash, CombatSambo, BeltWrestling etc some Akido... and a bit of Ju Jitsu...
I know enough about enough though to roll with people who do BJJ... I prefer NeWaza ( groundwork ) to the throwing side of Judo... But then being 6"5 220lbs... it's always difficult to go against people who are like 5"6 etc as their condensed strength... groundwork seems it doesn't make too much difference as it's all about technique... anyways babbled on... i'll happily talk Martial Arts anytime dude :D
