I have a friend who is obsessed with body building. I remember once he was home very very ill and I had called to check on him..he was in hisgarage lifting weights because he thought he had ained an ounce of fat just by laying in bed and drinking water. He hurt himself recently, and was told he wasnt allowed to be lifting things over over twenty pounds. Our co-workers usually have to follow him around to make sure he doesnt try to work out with buckets of cattle medicine, or do any pull-ups on the shelves.
