Compared to the amount of money he will end up costing the taxpayer (hospital admissions, destruction of property, jail,) not to mention the human cost it makes sense. He has absolutely nothing to contribute to society at all. But, everyone has the right (as it is legislated) to life, one can only hope he is rehabilitated before he becomes irredeemable. +13
